The brief
Anna and Sarah's catalog is deep and variant-heavy: the same Medjool date or dried fig sells across many pack weights, from a single pound up to bulk multi-pound cases, each with its own price and an optional auto-delivery rate. A standard theme buried those choices and made the organic certification, sourcing story and wellness positioning hard to surface. Shoppers needed to compare sizes and subscribe without friction.

Product templates present weight tiers as tappable swatches with live per-pound and total pricing, and a subscribe-and-save toggle that exposes the 15% auto-delivery rate inline.
