Case Study
undefined: solid gold and lab grown diamonds, sold in 20+ currencies
DiaFifth sells solid 14K gold rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets set with lab grown diamonds, positioned as fine jewelry made to wear every day. The storefront had to carry that everyday-luxury tone while selling internationally from one catalog.

The brief
DiaFifth needed a storefront that reads as fine jewelry rather than fashion accessories, while staying practical for a brand selling solid 14K gold internationally. The catalog is organised around named collections (Astor, Sutton, Verdea, Ondine, Signum) plus a vermeil range, so navigation had to make those lines legible without burying the everyday pieces that drive volume.
- Named collections and a broad category tree (rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, wedding, gifts) needed structure that stays calm at the top level.
- Selling worldwide meant shoppers had to see prices in their own currency without a separate store per market.
- Solid gold and lab grown diamond materials had to be communicated clearly, since they are the reason for the price point.
What I built
DiaFifth runs on a custom Shopify theme built in Liquid, developed from the same theme codebase as the Brennmore build so both brands share proven product and collection templates while keeping separate identities. Shopify Markets handles international selling, with the storefront presenting local currency across more than twenty markets from a single catalog and admin.
- Custom Liquid theme with product and collection templates tuned for close-up jewelry imagery and materials detail.
- Shopify Markets multi-currency setup so shoppers in AUD, EUR, CAD, GBP, JPY and others transact in local currency.
- Editable collection sections so Astor, Sutton, Verdea, Ondine, and Signum can be merchandised from the Shopify admin.
- Shared theme foundation with Brennmore, which cut build time and keeps ongoing fixes applicable to both storefronts.
FAQ
How does DiaFifth sell in multiple currencies?
Through Shopify Markets. One catalog and one admin serve every market, and the storefront presents prices in the shopper's local currency across more than twenty regions, so there is no separate store to maintain per country.
Is DiaFifth on a custom theme?
Yes. It runs a custom Shopify theme built in Liquid, developed from the same codebase as the Brennmore build. Sharing that foundation meant proven product and collection templates on day one, with the visual identity kept distinct.
What does a shared theme foundation mean for a client?
Lower build cost and faster launch, because the underlying templates are already tested in production. Fixes and improvements made for one storefront can be applied to the other rather than solved twice.
