Ready2Transfer: a DTF storefront built around the gang sheet

Ready2Transfer sells DTF transfers, gang sheets, UV DTF stickers and blank apparel out of Houston with a 24 hour turnaround, so the storefront had to make uploading and sizing artwork feel effortless.

The brief

Ready2Transfer does not sell finished products, it sells transfers that customers build themselves. A single visitor might want one design printed at 4 inches, a full gang sheet packed with logos, or a premade Christmas sheet. The theme had to hold custom size uploads, the gang sheet builder, glitter and UV DTF, and ready-to-press collections without burying the "$1.99 by size" and "$18.99 gang sheet" entry points or the 24 hour TAT promise.

  • Three different DTF order paths (custom by size, build a gang sheet, upload a gang sheet) all need to be obvious from the homepage without overwhelming first-time clothing-brand owners
  • Size-based pricing and the flat gang sheet rate had to be readable so resellers instantly understand cost per transfer
  • Speed claims (24 hour TAT, 5 AM cut-off, free shipping over $75) had to stay visible at decision points, not just in a banner

What I built

Gencer built a custom Shopify theme that treats the order method as the primary navigation. The homepage routes visitors straight into custom DTF by size, the gang sheet builder, or gang sheet upload, then opens out into glitter DTF, UV DTF stickers, premade sheets and the ready-to-press collections grouped by holiday, season, sports and cause. Pricing entry points and the turnaround and free-shipping promises are wired into the templates so they follow the shopper from hero to product to cart.

  • Custom Liquid sections that surface the three DTF paths (size upload, build gang sheet, upload gang sheet) as distinct, tappable routes rather than a flat product grid
  • Collection architecture for glitter DTF, UV DTF stickers, premade gang sheets, blank apparel (Bella Canvas, Gildan, Comfort Colors) and ready-to-press themes, so navigation matches how DTF buyers actually shop

What was the hardest part of building the Ready2Transfer storefront?

DTF buyers do not browse like normal shoppers, they arrive to upload artwork. The challenge was making the three order methods (custom by size, build a gang sheet, upload a gang sheet) the spine of the theme while still showcasing glitter DTF, UV DTF and ready-to-press collections.

How is DTF pricing handled in the theme?

The build keeps both pricing models legible side by side: size-based pricing for individual transfers starting at $1.99 and the flat gang sheet rate at $18.99. Resellers can see cost per transfer immediately, which is what drives the bulk gang sheet behavior.

Is the store optimized for mobile and speed?
